Each year, The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. recognizes nominated employees with the President’s Excellence Awards. These awards honor their team’s outstanding contributions to the business and commitment to organizational values.

THE Approach
The event was hosted at the Hanover Theater in Worcester, Massachusetts, a space typically used for 2,300 audience members watching the main act on the historic stage. For this President’s Excellence Awards dinner, our team turned the dinner into the main act, with the attendees making their way through the theater onto the stage for the awards experience. The decor was inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s “The Starry Night.” The colors, textures, and atmosphere were pulled from the famous painting and reinterpreted by our event designer for the big stage.
