SOW & Proposal Phase
Upon agreement on next steps, Ember will present a full creative deck and associated line item financial. Once we are all aligned, we will move to step 3.

Full Design & Project Management
Your dedicated Ember team takes the wheel. We'll guide the process with detailed agendas, project timelines, regular meeting cadences, and clear action items.

Onsite - The Big Event!
Our on-site team manages all of the details to deliver a flawless execution, allowing you to focus on your attendees.

Post-Event Wrap & Debrief
We'll do a deep-dive together to analyze what went well, what could be improved, and new ideas to implement next year.
