CHALLENGE
Bring together a newly established leadership team to build relationships, relations, and generate strategy in future business decisions.
Approach
Our team looked for a retreat where conversation could flourish while providing some light recreational activities in the evening. We brought the leadership team to a three-night offsite Escape outside of Austin, Texas in a stunning estate. The experience included preparing and sharing meals, and working through flip charts during the day. It was a hard “Sharpies down” around 4pm to wind down each day: an opportunity to grab quintessential Austin BBQ, or enjoy a private poolside concert with a local musician.
Outcome
The Leadership Team was able to establish commitments for operations, and reaffirm values moving forward. The Escape allowed for a true understanding of each other’s talents, pedigrees, and passions without distraction.
